Join Kirkham & Wesham Swimming Club
New Members are always welcomed at the club
Parents of swimmers who are looking for a local swimming club are encouraged to make contact with the club secretary to arrange a convenient time where you can pay an informal visit to the club, check out the surroundings and meet the coaching team.
By seeing them swim the head coach will be able to make an assessment of your swimmers ability to enable them to be placed in a suitable session/lane which best suits their training needs.
If following this assessment you would like to join the club then the club secretary will be able to provide details of how to go about this.
Please bear in mind that if the head coach feels your swimmer does not meet the minimum required ability then advice will be available on the best route to improve their standard but the club is not obliged to offer your swimmer membership status.
Most swimmers who have undertaken swimming lessons and can swim a few lengths unaided would be welcome to join.
